Aaron grew up in the Dallas area. He graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 1990. Since graduating from college, he worked in the life insurance and financial planning business until God called him into ministry with IC in 2002.

God began to reveal His call on Aaron’s life starting in the fall of 2001, leading him into the Ministry of Development for International Commission.  Aaron joined the IC staff full time in June of 2003 with a focus on development.  He views the Ministry of Development as matching ministry with opportunity.  In other words, it is working with believers that God is calling to support missions, helping to link them with the amazing opportunities in ministry that God gives IC on a daily basis.

Aaron married Jennifer in July of 2004. He met Jennifer at Prestonwood Baptist Church where they are actively involved.  Aaron serves as a deacon and directs a young married class.

Aaron has already been with IC to Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Costa Rica, and to Sao Paulo, Brazil.
